Entry 2

This memorial day weekend we hung our flags we remembered all who had died serving and protecting our country in so many wars.  we also during the long weekend went flower shopping for our yard I really enjoyed it so did Jonathan well I think so anyway lol he road around on the scooter and I found some plants he could Bonzi which he loved. I enjoy flowers and I put some extra out back this year so i could see them. my back deck has become almost magic to me with bird feeders squirrel trays plants new bright red umbrella and we moved the grill near the door to make more room for Barnaby to play we put up one of those as seen on tv magnet screens Barnaby can go in and out without letting bugs in love it. check out my bird blog for videos and photos from my back yard click here.

Welcome- entry 1

SAD NEWS. yesterday I got the test back on the lump on my neck and the doc said he wasn't going to sugar coat it, the lump in my neck is a cluster of swollen lymph nodes meaning most likely I have cancer somewhere in my body. I will be meeting with a cancer specialist next week. We are both very tearful and it will be a while before I can talk much, just wanted to create a spot to write about my possible big C journey and my other thoughts memories a real for and about me spot.
